Fabric Rose Suckers

Here's how I did them:
I started with fat quarters (18" x 22") and folded them in half

and in half again until they ended up measuring  2" wide by 22" long.

Then starting at one end, we rolled the fabric tightly around a cookie or sucker stick (available at Michael's)

We rolled and rolled

until we got to the end, then tucked under the raw edges

and secured the end with a couple of small straight pins.

Then we just popped them into sucker bags (available at Michael's)
and secured the bag around the stick with a twister tie.
